PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an excellent ecology type ice heat storage device utilizing outdoor radiation cooling heat (natural energy) in a cold district in winter, capable of miniaturizing an ice heat storage tank, and being friendly to atmospheric environment. SOLUTION: A temperature indicating adjusting device 2 is set at an arbitrary temperature, an outdoor sensor 3 is fixed to the vicinity of the ground surface, the outdoor sensor 3 senses radiation cooling heat having temperature below the set temperature, and electricity flows to operate a circulation pump 4 and a blower 5. A cold heat medium which is heat-exchanged and cooled by an outdoor heat exchanger (with fan) 6 returns into a metallic double tube type heat exchanger 7 and its ice heat is stored in an ice heat storage body 1 by heat conduction. External cold air is introduced into the heat exchanger 7 and its ice heat is stored in the ice heat storage body 1 by heat conduction. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
