发明名称 METHOD FOR SYNTHESIZING ZEOLITE NA-P1 USING MOLTEN SLAG
摘要 PURPOSE: A method for synthesizing zeolite Na-P1 using molten slag is provided to promptly manufacture zeolite Na-P1 single phase at low temperature and recycle resources using molten slag generated in the melting process of municipal waste and sewage sludge. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises the steps of mixing sodium silicate solution and sodium aluminate with molten slag; and manufacturing single phased Na-P1 zeolite by reacting the mixture at a temperature of 90 deg.C or less for 3 to 4 hrs, wherein the mixture is prepared by mixing 10 liters of sodium silicate solution and 0.7 kg of sodium aluminate with 0.9 kg of molten slag, and wherein the sodium silicate solution comprises 4 to 5 wt.% of SiO2. The method for synthesizing zeolite Na-P1 using molten slag comprises the steps of mixing sodium silicate solution comprising 4 to 5 wt.% of SiO2 and sodium aluminate with fly ash discharged from coal thermal power plant; and manufacturing single phased Na-P1 zeolite by reacting the mixture at a temperature of 150 deg.C or less for 3 to 4 hrs, wherein the mixture is prepared by mixing 10 liters of sodium silicate solution and 0.7 kg of sodium aluminate with 0.9 kg of fly ash.
