FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves manufacturing an intermediate product from double-layer material having internal layer interacting with injured skin area. The layer is impregnated with 100% natural propolis carried by bees. To achieve it, the intermediate product is placed into beehive during the period of bee activeness 0.5-1 cm far from honeycomb frame so that the internal layer of the intermediate product is turned towards the frame. The intermediate product is left there for 2-4 weeks. External layer material is selected as flexible material usable for fixing. Shape and size of the intermediate product is selected to match the injured skin area in shape and size. The intermediate product is manufactured as belt, brace, shoulder piece, knee piece, elbow piece, pulse zone piece, talocrural piece, finger piece, sock or bandage.
