FIELD: transplantology. SUBSTANCE: biological preparations are sterilized with gaseous ethylene oxide at room temperature and normal atmospheric pressure, said preparations being preliminarily kept for 60 min in 5% hydrogen peroxide solution at 37 C and said sterilization being carried out for 90 min while consuming ethylene oxide, as measured by monovacuumeter, from -1 kg/sq. cm to -0.8 kg/sq.cm. EFFECT: reduced toxic effects of reagent and its desorption time. |
