<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an IC card reader/writer capable of setting the rising time of a carrier signal in real time so as to be conformable to all noncontact IC cards having various rising time standards. <P>SOLUTION: This device has an antenna 3 for electromagnetically performing the transmitting and receiving of data with a noncontact IC card 5, a transmitting device 1 for transmitting a carrier signal that is the data through the antenna 3, a receiving device 2 for receiving the carrier signal through the antenna 3, and a control device 4 for controlling the transmitting device 1 and the receiving device 2. The control device 4 has a carrier signal transmitting part 42 for transmitting the carrier signal, and a power supply control part 41 for controlling the rising time of the output-side carrier signal of the transmitting device 1 by controlling the transmitting device 1 with the carrier signal transmitting part 42. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
