<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cutting tool for endoscopes which can accurately cut and peel desired parts in the cutting and the peeling of mucosae in tissues by inserting it into body cavities endoscopically. <P>SOLUTION: The cutting tool for endoscopes has an electrically insulating tube (2), an operating member (6) passing through the tube and an electrode (8) which is connected to the operating member and allowed to stick or sink from the tip of the tube.
