<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thin lamp with reduced power consumption and longer service life by eliminating unused spaces in the lamp when an LED is used as a lighting source for the lamp having a slope on a lighting surface. <P>SOLUTION: On a plane base 4 disposed inclining according to the slope of the lighting surface 2, a plurality of chip packages 3a of the LEDs 3 are arranged in a manner that the chip packages 3 are inclined with respect to the plane 4 to conform to the light distribution characteristics of the lamp 1.
