PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve brightness and remarkably improve the similarity grade between a color mixed spectrum of phosphors and an actual solar light spectrum.

SOLUTION: A plurality of phosphors, capable of being excited by ultraviolet rays, are utilized to form the fundamental constitution of three kinds of white light spectrum of red, green and blue by a part of the phosphors and provide colored light for modification by the other phosphors.
