<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antireflection film useful to enhance heat resistance and the luminance of a display element and formed between a transparent base plate and a transparent conductive electrode, and a laminate having the antireflection film between the transparent base plate and the transparent conductive electrode and the display element having the laminate. <P>SOLUTION: The antireflection film is formed between the transparent base plate and the transparent conductive electrode.
