PURPOSE: A common telephone system using a fingerprint recognition managing function is provided to register individual users by installing a fingerprint recognition module, and to individually store telephone setup pattern information of the users, thereby enabling the users to individually use the system. CONSTITUTION: A fingerprint recognizer(1) recognizes each fingerprint inputted from different users. A memory(2) stores fingerprint information and other various setup information of the users inputted through the fingerprint recognizer(1). A microcomputer(4) executes the users' setup information authenticated through the fingerprint recognizer(1) according to each individual user, and overall controls functions of a telephone system(3). An LCD panel(5) displays the individual user setup information stored in the memory(2) and various processing information of the telephone system(3) according to a function control signal of the microcomputer(4).
