PURPOSE: A method and a system for issuing electronic lottery using an Internet game center are provided to enable the Internet game center to attract a customer and to make a profit enlargement effect by offering various merits to the customer as issuing the electronic lottery to the Internet game center. CONSTITUTION: The system includes an electronic lottery service management server(100), an electronic lottery issuing system(200), a member shop and member certification system(300), and the Internet game center(400). The electronic lottery issuing system comprises a drawing number generating server(201), a prize money generating server(202), a wining number generating server(203), an electronic lottery issuance managing server(204), an electronic lottery use generation particulars database(205), and an electronic lottery use particulars database(206). The member shop and member certification system comprises a member database(301) and a member shop database(302). The Internet game center comprises a management PC(401), a customer PC(402), and the customer(403).
