<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a failure countermeasure support system and equipment for a support center and computer software for allowing a failure countermeasure facilitator to grasp a recovery operation from a remote place by applying detail failure generation information or failure contents to the failure countermeasure facilitator in advance to shorten a time required for ensuring necessary components or for finding out a solution. <P>SOLUTION: This system is configured of equipment 1 for a support center, equipment 2 for a mobilization base point, and a portable communication terminal 3 for a failure countermeasure facilitator to support the failure countermeasure facilitator 3 who facilitates countermeasures to the failure of a system 4 to be supported, which is connected through a communication line 5. The equipment 1 for a support center is provided with a function for registering the received failure generation information and failure contents in a failure accepting DB, a function for analyzing the received failure contents, a function for assigning the failure countermeasure facilitator 3 to a person in charge based on the analysis result, and for issuing countermeasure instructions to the portable communication terminal 3 and the equipment 2 and a function for communicating with the portable communication terminal 3, and for registering failure countermeasure situations in a countermeasure situation DB, and for outputting it to a screen, and a function for monitoring the countermeasure time. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
