<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a color filter by which any defect occurring in a manufacturing process is efficiently repaired. <P>SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing the color filter includes the processes of: forming a conductive layer 19 on a substrate 3; forming a color filter layer 4 on the conductive layer 19; removing a defect part 15 if the formed color filter layer 14 has the defect part 15; and forming a color filter layer again at the removed place by electrodeposition. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
