PURPOSE: A device for removing a clinker, a semi-product of cement, accumulated at the front end of a cooler is provided to prevent the undesired fuel consumption, improve the productivity and the quality, and reduce the manufacturing cost. CONSTITUTION: The device for removing a clinker accumulated at the front end of a cooler for cooling the clinker discharged in the heated state and conveying the cooled clinker to a storage silo, in which the cooler is connected to the rear end of a baking furnace for forming the clinker, comprises: a push block(30) formed of a rectangular hexahedron inserted into the front end of the cooler(20); and a hydraulic driving member(40) connected to the outer end of the push block(30) and capable of protruding from or contracting to the cooler(20).
