FIELD: construction engineering. SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in laying pipelines when necessity arises for connecting heterogeneous steels with different standard electrode potentials by welding. Value of standard potential of pipes, shaped articles and shutoff members of pipelines is brought to similar value on ends of inner and outer surfaces by cladding of ends from inside and outside by steel with standard electrode potential and equal to content with steel of pipes, shaped articles and shutoff members of pipelines with high value of standard electrode potential.
