FIELD: manufacture of polymer molding members. SUBSTANCE: proposed device has flange with matrix, flange with punch, pushers, molding signs and pouring gate. Rigidly secured on one flange are pouring gate and matrix; tail-piece plate and pusher plate are secured on other flange. Mounted in holes of pusher plate are pushers of punch performing reciprocating motion. Working surfaces of matrix and punch are made in form of surfaces copying respectively preset surface and preset reverse surface of molding member. Matrix and punch are provided with changeable inserts. Changeable insert of matrix is provided with signs of preset holes in molding member for tail-piece of void formers and lock joints of U-shaped members. Changeable insert of punch is provided with horizontal slot-forming trapezoidal member. EFFECT: improved quality; extended field of application; enhanced tightness of wall structures. 5cl, 14 dwg |
