<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inverse F antenna which is available for multi-bands without being enlarged in comparison with an antenna to be used for a single band. <P>SOLUTION: A radiation electrode 4 is composed of first and second wide portions 4a and 4c formed at both edges along with a breadthwise direction of a dielectric substrate 3 and first and second narrow portions 4b and 4d formed at both edges along with a lengthwise direction of the dielectric substrate 3. In such a case, however, a slit 8 is formed between the first wide portion 4a and the second narrow portion 4d to spirally form the radiation electrode 4 along with a peripheral edge of the dielectric substrate 3. Then, pattern width of the first and second narrow portions 4b and 4d is adjusted to shift a resonance frequency of sprious resonance into a desired value. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
