<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inspection tool which reduces the occurrence probability of receiving converters having characteristics degraded by deformation of waveguide parts or the like and is used in a manufacturing process of reception devices like receiving converters, and to provide a method of manufacturing the reception devices. <P>SOLUTION: A tool 7 is an inspection tool for a receiving converter having a waveguide part 3 and is provided with an insertion part 8 to be inserted to an inner peripheral part of the waveguide part 3. A shape of the insertion part 8 of the tool 7 is determined so as to fit a design shape of the inner peripheral part of the waveguide part 3. Thus it can easily discriminate whether the shape of the inner peripheral part of the waveguide part 3 is formed as designed or not by inserting the insertion part 8 of the tool 7 to the inner peripheral part of the waveguide part 3. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
