<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an accompaniment generating apparatus and an accompaniment generating program for preventing generation of unnatural accompaniment sounds at the change of input chords. <P>SOLUTION: Since pitches of each musical note data in an accompaniment pattern are shifted so as to make the pitches become chord composition notes, which have roots c root of the input chords as fundamental notes, in response to chord types c type input according to CPD (chord progress data), by using a PCT (pitch change table) for reading pitch corrective values defined by the difference (number of half pitch notes) between the pitches in the accompaniment pattern corresponding to the input chords and the roots of the input chords in response to the types of the input chords, it becomes possible to prevent the generation of the unnatural accompaniment sounds. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
