<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide health equipment for dispersively supporting the body or its part, and sufficiently obtaining the effect by a charcoal particle such as Bincho-Charcoal. <P>SOLUTION: A mattress as the health equipment has substantially a mattress body 2 constituted by superposing a lower member 4 and an upper member 6 having the same size and a charcoal sheet body 10 for substantially, uniformly and dispersively housing the charcoal particle. A plurality of air vents 12 are substantially arranged over the whole area in the upper member 6. The charcoal sheet body 10 is interposed between the lower member 4 and the upper member 6. The lower member 4 and the upper member 6 are mutually fixed in a peripheral part of the charcoal sheet body 10 by an adhesive.
