GRAIN SORTER MOUNTING TIME-DELAY PROCESSING DEVICE BETWEEN AIR INJECTOR AND OPTICAL DEVICE BY USING QUEUE

PURPOSE: A grain sorter mounting a time-delay processing device between an air injector and an optical device by using a queue is provided to easily secure time delay that a user desires by forming a memory in a signal processor in an annular queue. CONSTITUTION: A grain sorter mounting a time-delay processing device between an air injector(7) and an optical device(5) by using a queue is composed of the optical device for photographing grains transferred from a conveyor belt and dropped to a grain sorting gate; the air injector for injecting grains to sort the grains photographed by the optical device to inferior and superior gates of the grain sorting gate; and a signal processor(26) for analyzing and deciding images of grains obtained from the optical device and forming the queue of a predetermined length to an embedded memory to delay time between time points for deciding grains and driving the air injector. The signal processor reads data for displaying conditions of grains recorded in a memory address of the queue and controls the air injector.
