PURPOSE: A self-driving conveying device of a glass rinsing equipment for fabricating an LCD is provided to drive conveying rollers by repulsive force of magnetic fields for avoiding the generation of impurities caused by abrasion, thereby preventing the reject caused by the pollution of glasses. CONSTITUTION: A self-driving conveying device of a glass rinsing equipment for fabricating an LCD includes two driving shafts(10) in parallel to each other and driven by two driving motors(1'), and a plurality of driving-shaft magnetic rollers(30) fixed apart from the driving shafts by a predetermined distance and having S and N poles alternately positioned. A plurality of driven-shaft magnetic rollers(40) are mounted on the driving-shaft magnetic rollers to rotate by the repulsive force of magnetic fields generated by the rotation of the driving-shaft magnetic rollers. The driven-shaft magnetic rollers have S and N poles alternately positioned. Driven shafts(20) are penetrating the center of the driven-shaft magnetic rollers and rotatably mounted perpendicular to the driving shafts. At least one conveying roller(5') is mounted on the driven shafts to convey a glass(4). Air showers(3) are provided at an upper part of the device. |
