PURPOSE: An electrolyte for aluminous electrolytic capacitor and an aluminous electrolytic capacitor including the same are provided to enhance a heat-resistant characteristic by restricting the additional reaction of electrolyte under the high temperature. CONSTITUTION: An electrolyte for aluminous electrolytic capacitor includes an electrolyte of 10 to 35 weight percents, a solvent of 60 to 85 weight percents, and water of 3 to 7 weight percents. The electrolyte is formed with organic dicarboxylic acid having one or more chemical expressions, HOOC-(CH2)n-COOH of an equivalent ratio of 1 to 2 and amine salt having one or more chemical expressions, ((CH2)a(CH3))bNH3-b. The solvent is formed with ethylene glycol or diethylene glycol or the mixture of the ethylene glycol and the diethylene glycol.
