<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide network speech communication quality evaluation equipment capable of recording measurement, an operation type, the number of times and a load amount. <P>SOLUTION: A communication network 2 is provided with a plurality of speech communication terminals 3 and 7, speech conversation quality monitoring devices 5 and 7 for obtaining speech communication quality evaluation data, and a speech communication managing device 50 for collecting the speech communication quality evaluation data to form the network speech communication quality evaluation equipment 1 that can measure and operate the speech communication quality of voice speech communication for exchanging speech communication data composed of a plurality of voice packets 6 through the communication network 2. The speech communication managing device 50 is provided with an operation contents detecting part for detecting measurement, operation types, the number of times of each of the speech communication terminals 3 and 7, a load amount calculating part for calculating a load amount on the basis of the measurement, operations and the number of times, and an operation contents recording part for recording the measurement, the operation types, the number of times and the load amount.
