<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve accelerating performance and an exhaust gas property by increasing charging force at the time of re-acceleration. <P>SOLUTION: An ECU 8 has a drive state determining means 8a determining a deceleration state of an engine 1, and a gain calculating means 8b calculating F/B gain to F/B control of a VNT2. The gain calculating means 8b decreases the F/B gain at the time of deceleration, and stops the F/B control. Therefore, the VNT2 is not easily moved to a non-throttling side even if a target charging pressure is decreased at the time of deceleration, so that the charging force can be increased when re-acceleration after deceleration, and accelerating performance is improved. Lowering of exhaust pressure is suppressed at the time of deceleration, an EGR valve 7 is prevented from being controlled to an opening side. Consequently, increase in EGR amount can be suppressed at re-acceleration, so that smoke is decreased to improve the exhaust gas property. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
