<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driving apparatus and a driving method capable of controlling at high precision the rotational angle of a brushless motor to a desired position. <P>SOLUTION: A storage means stores a drive data corresponding to the value of a driving current which is separately made to flow each of three coils at a rotational angle for each prescribed angle of a rotor part of a brushless motor. A drive control means for high resolution control operation reads a drive data corresponding to a target angle of the rotor part from the storage means, for generating a drive signal corresponding to the drive data.
