<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing an ingredient material having coating for mixed ingredient Tempura, with which high quality/high grade/low cost/stable production/no technical degree of difficulty/process simplification/few processes/high productivity, or the like, are satisfied with respect to the mixed ingredient Tempura. <P>SOLUTION: The method for producing the mixed ingredient Tempura comprises a coating process for coating an ingredient material processed for mixed ingredient Tempura with powder for coating, an ingredient material forming process for collecting a plurality of coated ingredient materials and forming an ingredient collected material having inside-outside communication type open pore structure and a coating layer forming process for spraying a coating liquid on the ingredient collected material, absorbing the coating liquid in powder on the surface of the ingredient collected material and forming a hydrous coating layer. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
