<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a zinc(II) complex containing a natural material and its derivative and a zinc source as main components and useful as a food and medicine having action to increase hemocyte deformability, i.e. blood flow promoting action. <P>SOLUTION: The invention relates to a pharmaceutical preparation and a preventive composed of a zinc(II) organic complex containing amino acids, picolinic acids, niacins, vitamins, carboxylic acids, maltols, amines, their derivatives and a compound composed of an organic substance having pyridine ring and thiazolidine ring, etc., as a ligand, and having hemocyte deformability increasing effect, i.e. blood flow promoting action.
