<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a document translation display device which performs translation display so that an operator can judge whether or not a document includes necessary information for the operator in short period of time in the document. <P>SOLUTION: A document input part 10 inputs the document. A translation control part 1650 makes a translation part 60 translate a title and a heading as document elements of the inputted document. A display processing part 1660 creates an outline of the document and performs display processing.
