<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a reflection preventing part in which superior reflection preventing effect is provided and resistance to scratching is improved. <P>SOLUTION: A reflection preventing film 2, that is made of fluorine resin to which inorganic pigment is added, is formed on a base material 1 and a protective layer 3, which is made of amino modified silicone oil, is formed on the film 2 to manufacture the reflection preventing part. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
