PURPOSE: A method for controlling measurement of a subject using a video presenter and a system thereof are provided to measure a length and an area of a subject and display the measured length and area. CONSTITUTION: A camera part(11) takes photographs of a subject. A data processing unit(12) processes the video data. A data mixing unit(15) mixes the video data with magnification data and resolution data output from a lens control unit(14). A data conversion output unit(17) converts the video data into USB, composite or component signals. A central processing unit(22) reads the magnification data and resolution data. If a user inputs a measuring operation signal, the central processing unit measures a relative measure, and measures a real measure, and mixes the video data with the measure data. A display unit(30) displays the measure on a designated area of the subject.
