PURPOSE: An apparatus expelling magpie for a telegraph pole is provided to prevent an accident due to an electric leakage and an electric failure by installing vertically a frog on a supporter to apply a physical shock to a magpie. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus expelling magpie for a telegraph pole includes a supporter(2) and a foothold(11). A frog supporter(5) is formed at a center of an upper surface of the supporter(2). The frog supporter(5) includes a frog(6). A combination part(4) is formed on an outer circumference of an upper part of the supporter. A projection(4a) is formed at the combination part(4). A plurality of permanent magnets(10a,10b) are installed at both sides of the bottom side of the supporter. A coil spring(15) is inserted into the combination part of the supporter. A guide part(9) is formed in the inside of the upper surface of the foothold(11). The frog(6) is inserted into a guide part(9) of the foothold. The foothold has a combination tube(14) having a projection(14a). The projection(4a) of the combination is combined with the projection(14a) of the combination tube(14).
