<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To optimize the amount of sales stock of stock components and products regardless of specification changes and order acceptance cancelations, etc. after the assembling of products. <P>SOLUTION: Components for manufacturing predetermined products are registered as stocks items in stock component data 21. A virtual assembling processing means 32 assembles a product in a virtual manner using the registered components and registers in virtual stock product data 22; to create the state of storage in a virtual stockroom. When an order is accepted, an instruction to start assembling is given taking into consideration the actual assembling period of the product.
