PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an original plate for planographic printing, a manufacturing method therefor, and a printing method, which enable an image to be recorded by laser exposure using a digital signal, which prevent the occurrence of a flaw in a plate making process, which enable plate making by highly printing-resistant and simple treatment preventing damage to image registration, an image position, registration precision, etc., in multi-color printing, and which can offer stable printed matter.

SOLUTION: In this original plate for the planographic printing, a hydrophilic layer and an image forming layer are sequentially provided on a plastic film substrate.
