PURPOSE: A system and method for controlling a singing room device by using a mobile phone are provided to use a mobile phone as a remote controller by connecting to a singing room management server, selecting a singing room device and inputting a pre-set value to the singing room device. CONSTITUTION: A user is connected to a singing room management server by using a mobile phone(S100). The singing room management server presents a singing room device list on a screen and the user inputs an ID of a singing room device desired to be controlled(S200). An image for receiving a control information value according to the ID of the singing room device selected by the user is provided to the mobile phone and a pre-set value is received from the user(S300). The pre-set value is transferred to the singing room device through a transmitter the singing room device is set based on the value(S400).
