<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform a detailed analysis such as tracking of difference or transition of purchasing trends of customers for every elapsed time from purchase or every area, in a customer monitoring system, customer monitoring method and customer monitoring program for monitoring the using state of a commodity or service purchased by a customer by extracting, from the purchaser customers of the commodity/service, customers whose purchase dates correspond to a designated monitoring period to distribute questionnaires, and tabulating the responses every period or every area. <P>SOLUTION: This system comprises purchase data of customers who purchased the commodity or service; a means for retrieving the purchase data to extract the customers with the purchase dates included in the designated period; a means for sending a questionnaire or a questionnaire guide to the extracted customers; a means for receiving the response content of a response to the questionnaire or a response made by displaying the questionnaire on a terminal according to the questionnaire guide by each customer who received the questionnaire or questionnaire guide, and a means for tabulating the received response content. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
