PURPOSE: Provided is a tension controller for a fabric clamper of a weft correction sewing machine which makes the correct weft correction without inducing any correction deviation, and conducts the fabric joining more correctly and speedily, thereby enhancing the workability. CONSTITUTION: The tension controller for constantly maintaining the tension of fabrics clamped by fabric clampers(10,20) comprises guides mounting tables(11,21) thereon such that they can move vertically; sliders placed at both ends of the guides on rails such that the tables can move thereon horizontally; a correction member with wires(32) mounted on the sliders by interposing fixation plates to operate the fabric clampers synchronously; and a location control member mounted between the tables and the correction member to control the location of the fabric clampers.
