APPARATUS FOR REMOVING FOREIGN MATERIALS FROM CENTER POSITION CONTROLLER SENSOR

PURPOSE: An apparatus for removing foreign materials from center position controller sensor is provided to reduce time and effort required for cleaning the floodlight by flowing down foreign materials dropped from strip from floodlight, thereby fundamentally preventing the foreign materials from accumulating on an upper part of the floodlight. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus comprises a floodlight(20) installed in an upper part of strip(200) on an upper part of a base frame(10) installed at one side of table(150) on which the strip is proceeded; a triangle frame(30) installed at the base frame and laterally positioned at a lower part of the strip; glass plates for transmission(32) installed at corners of the triangle frame; and flood lamps installed at an inner side of the corners of the triangle frame, wherein the apparatus further comprises a triangle frame rotation means comprising rotation shaft(40), supporting block(41) and driving motor(42) so that the respective corners of the triangle frame are positioned in a lower part of the strip, and wherein the apparatus further comprises a suction means comprising suction duct(50), driving cylinder(51), and suction pipe(52) to discharge the sucked foreign materials by sucking in foreign materials flowing down along the side surface of the triangle frame.
