PURPOSE: An apparatus for removing shot balls from the surface of strip in descaler line is provided which is installed in rear of the descaler line to remove from the strip foreign materials such as shot balls, crushed materials and scale coming out of the descaler line in the state that the foreign materials are adhered to the surface of the strip. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus comprises a removing part comprising vertical cylinders(11) vertically installed at left and right sides of the strip(100) on a base frame(10) installed on the facility ground at an output side of shot blaster; rotation rolls(13) which are installed at bearing blocks(12) installed at a front end of piston rod of the vertical cylinders in such a manner that the rotation rolls are rotated in a length direction of the strip, and which are respectively laid down at left and right sides of the strip; a driving motor(16) connected to an end of one side of the rotation rolls to rotate the rotation rolls; a belt(14) positioned on an upper part of the strip with being laid across two of the rotation rolls and moved according to rotation of the rotation rolls; a plurality of electromagnets(15) arranged on an upper part of the strip with being positioned at an inner side of the belt; and a power source supply means for supplying power source to the electromagnets, wherein the apparatus further comprises a discharge part comprising collection hopper(30), removing plate(31) and driving cylinder(33); and an air injection part comprising air pipe(40), air supply hose(41), and air injection nozzle(42).
