PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas insulated electrical apparatus and an insulation film applicable to its primary winding by which the displacement of a primary coil wire and an insulation film can be prevented in the axial direction and the insulation performance can be improved.

SOLUTION: The insulation film 11 is coated and formed like a lattice stripe pattern on a film-like substrate 12 wherein an adhesive agent 13 is provided in a specified width and length. The lattice stripe pattern is formed in a manner that respective dot 13a comprising the lattice stripe pattern is surrounded by eight dots 13a and four straight lines B1-B4 connecting the center of the central dot 13a with the centers of the eight dots 13a are inclined against the lengthwise direction A of the base material 12.
