PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing walnut/ginkgo nut extract is provided, thereby liquefying the walnut and ginkgo nut, so that a consumer can easily take the walnut/ginkgo nut extract. CONSTITUTION: The method for manufacturing walnut/ginkgo nut extract comprises the steps of: inserting walnuts into the boiling rice when the water in a pot has get low and steaming the walnuts in the pot for 1 hour; drawing out the walnuts from the pot and drying them; repeating the steaming and drying processes of the walnuts; inserting ginkgo nuts into the boiling rice when the water in a pot has get low and steaming the ginkgo nuts in the pot for 1 hour; drawing out the ginkgo nuts from the pot and drying them; repeating the steaming and drying processes of the ginkgo nuts; and roasting the dried walnuts and ginkgo nuts and pressurizing the roasted walnuts and ginkgo nuts in an oil press. |
