IN-VITRO CULTURE METHODS OF PIG EMBRYOS

PURPOSE: An in-vitro culture method of pig embryos is provided, thereby resolving problems, such as abnormal growth of embryos caused by using the protein additive such as serum. and improving the growth rate of embryos. CONSTITUTION: The in-vitro culture method of pig embryos comprises the steps of: adding granulocyte-macrophage colony-stimulating factor(GM-CSF) of mouse into a basic medium(NCSU23) without serum and albumin, and culturing initial embryos into blastocyte before implantation, wherein the embryos are pig embryos or pig cloned embryos.
