<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for reviving a water supply pipe, in which excessive polishing is not done but uniform polishing and lining are done by varying a polishing/cleaning procedure and a lining procedure, the lining is done by using newly functional paint to make the added value higher and the time required for revival is shortened to reduce the labor and cost. <P>SOLUTION: This method for reviving the water supply pipe comprises a step to polish/clean all of the pipelines uniformly twice by sandblasting all of the branched pipes successively by shifting a sandblaster for the going route to the pipe-mouth m of a main pipe M, namely, from the first branched pipe (a) to the second branched pipe (b), from the pipe (b) to the third branched pipe (c), from the pipe (c) to the fourth branched pipe (d) and sandblasting all of the branched pipes again by shifting the sandblaster for the returning route from the pipe-mouth m of the main pipe M to the pipe-mouth 1 of the pipe (a) being the terminal branched pipe to the reverse direction, a step to apply epoxy resin paint and a microencapsulated curing agent on the inside surface of each of all of the pipelines and cure the epoxy resin paint uniformly by breaking the microcapsules all at once and a step to circulate a warm current of air and cure a coating film of the epoxy resin paint in an early stage. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
