<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device, a program and a method of information input for promptly inputting information which can be expressed in a matrix form while securing a display area as wide as possible and without restricting information quantity. <P>SOLUTION: The information input device is provided with a pointing device 6 which specifies an optional position on a display screen and an information input processing means 21. The information input processing means 21 has a character coordinate allocation part 24 for allocating the information to coordinates in the matrix shape by using the position specified by the pointing device 6 as a datum point; a specific coordinate/character conversion part 25 for converting the position into information corresponding to coordinates at a transfer destination on the basis of allocation by the character coordinate allocation part 24 when the position is transferred in a state specified by the pointing device 6; and a display processing part 26 for displaying the converted information on an input position. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
