The stand-by information processing apparatus stores each of the divided command statements that are attached to the packets that are transmitted from the terminal apparatus. The stand-by information processing apparatus performs a switch operation to switch from the currently-operated information processing apparatus to the stand-by the information processing apparatus in accordance with the switch command that is generated from the stored divided command statements.
