PURPOSE: A method for reducing a variation of resistance due to a printing carbon resistor is provided to fabricate a passive element such as a resistor and a capacitor by printing carbon-based ink on a PCB by using a wool mesh type plate. CONSTITUTION: An emulsifiable concentrate(110) is arranged on a wool mesh(100) in order to print carbon-based ink on a particular region of a PCB. The wool mesh is formed with a plurality of steel cores. A predetermined pattern is formed on the emulsifiable concentrate arranged on a wool mesh. A resistor has a shape of polygon. One or more sides of the polygon have a predetermined gradient to the steel cores for forming the wool mesh.
