PURPOSE: A method of making a powdered food product using starch from powders of dried bracken stems and roots is provided. The product is bread, a warp around stuffing of dumpling(mandupi), ramyun, noodles, cold noodles, mung bean noodles or the like. CONSTITUTION: The powdered food product is prepared by the following process consisting of: preparing a broth; mixing wheat flour and 1 to 30% by weight of root powder of bracken(Pteridium aquilinum var. latiusculum), based on the total weight of the product; mixing and kneading the mixed flour and the broth; and forming the dough into noodles or the like. |
