PURPOSE: A volume image display apparatus using irradiation projection is provided to improve the definition of a three-dimensional volume image and to increase the size of the three-dimensional volume image by projecting a predetermined image to a rotary screen. CONSTITUTION: In the device, a connecting rod(9) fixes the first mirror at one side, and a light source part(1) installed at the other side of the connecting rod projects light toward the first mirror. A shutter(5) is installed between the light source and the first mirror, and an objective lens(7) is installed between the shutter and the first mirror. And, rotary plates(32,42) have the second and third mirror(24,26).
