<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem, in a conventional alarm clock, wherein the clock stops during the night, when the remaining amount of the battery is small, and the alarm clock does not sounds an alarm, even though the alarm time is set. <P>SOLUTION: A battery remaining amount meter is mounted on the alarm clock.
