<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibratory compressor in which it is realized to detect a state/collision of a piston without using a sensor that needs to be arranged inside a cylinder and prevent the piston from colliding. <P>SOLUTION: There is provided the vibratory compressor in which linear motors 12, 13 for reciprocating the pistons 12B, 13B are housed inside the cylinder 11, stoppers 14, 15, 16 are arranged in the vicinity of the top and bottom dead centers of the pistons 12B, 13B inside the cylinder, and an acceleration detecting means 20 for detecting, by changes in acceleration, an internal collision between the pistons 12B, 13B and the stoppers 14, 15, 16 at the top and bottom dead centers and an external collision outside the cylinder 11. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI |
